In December 2024, the Minister of Labour issued a Decree (KΔN 455/2024), under section 11(6) of the Transparent and Predictable Employment Terms Law, which mandates that all employers must submit the essential employment terms of all their employees.

Deadline:
The terms must be submitted by 28th of February 2025 through the Ergani portal.

The terms of employment that should be submitted are the following:

  1. Employer details
  2. For retail business, the type of business
  3. Employee details
  4. Employer’s registered office address
  5. Place of work as specified in the employment contract and the actual workplace at the time of registration
  6. Job description and specialization of employee
  7. Employment start date
  8. Employment end date (for fixed-term employments)
  9. Details of indirect employers (in case of temporary employment businesses)
  10. Terms and duration of the probationary period
  11. Annual leave duration and allocation method
  12. Salary and payment frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, hourly)
  13. Standard working hours per day/week
  14. If the working schedule is unpredictable, it should be mentioned
