Four steps, in this order, every time.
We map your structure, your activity and where the owners are tax resident, because that decides the rest.
We clear the name with the Registrar and prepare the incorporation documents for signature.
The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies and the certificates are issued.
Registrations completed, UBO filed, and banking introductions made with the file already prepared.
If yours is not here, it is one email away.
Usually one to two weeks from the point where your documents and KYC are complete. The variable is rarely the Registrar; it is how quickly the identification and source-of-funds paperwork arrives, and how fast the bank moves on the account.
There is no single price. There is no longer an annual company levy, but the total depends on how many directors and shareholders you have, whether you need nominee services or a bank introduction, whether you register for VAT, and the ongoing accounting and audit your activity generates. We quote a fixed fee for your exact setup.
Not to incorporate. Documents can be signed remotely with proper certification. Banks differ: some will onboard remotely, others want to meet a director, and that is usually the step that decides whether a trip is needed.
The obligations start. The company needs bookkeeping, VAT returns if registered, payroll if it employs anyone, a corporate tax return and an annual statutory audit, or a lighter review instead if it falls within the small company thresholds. We handle those too, with the audit carried out by London IQ Audit Ltd, the partners' separate audit firm, which is why the setup is built with them in mind.
The cheapest time to fix a structure is before it exists. Thirty minutes on your activity and your residency tells you what to incorporate and what it will cost to run.
